Divorce in Texas

I'm filing for a divorce in the state of TX, pro se. According to the Family Code I have to attach an affadavit to the petition for divorce. The attachment, "exhibit a", is titled out-of-state parent affadavit. Does anybody know if I am supposed to fill this out or is my husband, that is living out of state, supposed to complete it? Any advice would be great.

I'd suggest calling the clerk of court's office in your county. They'll know exactly what to do. Good luck.
