help needed in louisiana

I am so lost my wife works for a womens shelter and i feel like this is going to be a very nasty divorce she is use all of her resources of her job and attorneys that help the shelter where is works at while i was at work monday she came in and took everything she could get her hands on she even took the dishes, sliverware and even the curtains including the washer and dryer dishwasher and stove i am feeling completely isloated and starting to feel like this is going to be a impossible battle with her even thogh she has been physical and mentally abusive i have no real way of proving it someone please help the outlook is not looking so great what can i do to protect myself
