What if you can't talk to your spouse at all?

I have tried on numerous occassions to talk to him.  He is so pre-occupied and always makes me feel like I'm bothering him.  He left me two years ago for a few months, I thought we could work it out.  So we got back together.  But I know that I no longer love him and don't want to be with him.  But I just don't know how to tell him that.  I clam up as soon as I try to talk with him.  My kids are grown and since I have spent 28 years with this man, with no love in the marriage at all, I feel it is time for me to move on.  But how?

You don't have to tell him anything.  Start separating your things.  You can go online to get the paperwork or go to a lawyer.  Online cost from $200-300 and about $100 to file at the court house.  Much more for a lawyer.  Get a non-contested divorce and have him sign it or have it served to him.  If your children aren't living with you then it should be easy.  Start your own bank account.  Start closing joint accounts if you can.  I hope that this helps.
