There are always two sides to every divorce. For those involved in bitter court battles, making the other side look bad can be a key objective.
This appears to be the case between Tricia Walsh-Smith and Philip Smith. Tricia, an actress and playwright, placed a video on YouTube letting people know what Philip, president of the Schubert Organization was doing. She spends six minutes explaining why he is a "bad" man.
Tricia claims that Philip wants a divorce, but she won't give it to him, because he doesn't have grounds for a divorce. She also explains that he's trying to have her evicted from the couples New York Apartment. Half way through the clip, Tricia calls her husbands assistant to ask what he wants done with his "pornos and condoms." She also makes sure the assistant knows some of the embarrassing details of their sex life.
"This is absolutely a new step, and I think it's scary," said divorce Attorney Bonnie Rabin. "People used to worry about getting on Page Six (the gossip page of the New York Post). But this? It brings the concept of humiliation to a whole new level."
