Should I Run Naked Through The County Clerks Office?

Ok, maybe that's a bit extreme.  See here's the thing.  My birthday is in June.  Amusingly enough, so is the finalization date of my divorce.  In fact, they'll probably be within 2 days of each other, if not the same day. 

A friend has suggested that I steal my birthday from the clutches of divorce and do SOMETHING!  She says it should be something that symbolizes a new beginning, maybe taking up a class,  Skydiving (yeah right), trying my tongue in the lightsocket instead of 2 fingers.  Anything like a new beginning.

I'm drawing to the end of my divorce.  I'm all  new beginninged out. What do you think?  What should I do to keep my birthday uniquely me?

Well Lynn, as it turned out, my divorce didn't finalize that week.  In fact it finalizes this Friday.  If you listen you can hear the clock tick for the shoe drop. 

For my birthday, I went out, saw a movie, BBQed some homemade pulled pork, and just spent the day being nice to me. 

No public displays of nudity. And there was much rejoicing...

Okay.....so I got on this post a bit late....just joined yesterday... so I wanna know....WHAT DID YOU DO!!! LOL!! :)  And thanks for your response to MY post. I appreciate it your input. I tried to post a follow up to let y'all know what took place but the stupid thing won't load! Arrgh! So anyway, is there any way you can tell where people are from on this thing??? what a great idea.  yeah, you should do something that is memorable, or at least really fun.  can you have a party? gather up friends/family and have a feast? can you go away somewhere?
