The latest craze since the rising divorce rate is the divorce party. It's a way to blow off some steam, mark the end of a process, and pay back those friends who stood beside you.
One party planner recommends that people have their parties catered. After all the stress and strain of fighting through a divorce, letting somebody else plan your party just makes sense. Leslie Wray says, "We want the divorcee to have a great party and let us worry about the food, drinks, refills, spills, etc."
Leslie also has some quick music tips for DJ's too: "Starting Over" by John Lennon, "All My Ex's Live In Texas" by George Strait, "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)" by Motley Crüe and "I Hate Everything About You" by Ugly Kid Joe.
A divorce party can bring a good close to an ugly experience, and now as they become more popular, finding somebody to cater one can be very easy.
