military divorce

i HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 16 YEARS. MY HUSBAND RECENTLY RETIRED FROM THE MILITARY. AM I ENTITLED TO ANY OF HIS RETIREMENT?

Yes you are.  Anything over 10 years.  You will get a certain percentage of 75% of his retirement.  Look up military divorce laws on the net and you can find out alot more information.  Most civilians do not want to touch this.  LOL.  You can also go to JAG (on a local base) and they can give you legal advice on how to go about it.
