Spousal support doesn't usually happen in Florida unless you have been married for 10 years. You most certainly can get child support in the state. Consult the guidelines in the information to find out the calculations. Also talk with an attorney. Your health issue may be a disability, so you may be able to get some kind of disability payment from the government. Good luck

Well they will make him pay the child support for the child that you share together. They wont make him pay for your daughter unless he adopted her. About the spousal support I really have no idea. I hear once that you had to be married for 10 years but again I am not sure if that is true. Good Luck. Can you get SSI for the heart problems?
