Marriage

My Husband now, or so think he is my husband got married 2 yrs ago. But come to find out his divorce was not final with his first marriage. So is are marriage together still legal ? please help

Depending on your State laws you may not be married. Most likely it would not affect your rights cause you were not aware that the divorce was not final... I think your really need to check with an attorney for that. Good luck

He thought that is marriage was final as well. But I guess his Ex wife didn't sign her papers. So after we already got married is when she told him. So thats my story. Do you know what I should do is it legal?
