Want my divorce!

Went to court Oct 1st to finlalize divorce. It is now april and she is not having her attorney finish papers so she can keep my medical. What do I do?

I had counsel but he was overcharging me and he dropped me cause I owed him as she gets over half my income. She gets Spousal support and had agreed to drop it so I have extra money, but she say's she os going back to court to ask for it back as she cannot live on 5600 a month and I am living on 1600, sometimes less.

Well there are a few options John. Are you represented by counsel? If so, why isn't your lawyer making motions for civil contempt, squandering the marital estate or simply filing the judgment and asking the Court to make final orders absent her signature?
