as a male, does my wife's infidelity and spousal abuse give me an advantage for custody of our two young children?

If the abuse was directed toward you and not the children it may not. I've seen many Judge's make a real distinction when it comes to spousal abuse and child abuse. As to the infidelity it is unlikely unless they were doing it in front of the kids and/or posting their goings on to the internet where the kids might see it.

Yes , it should. Most of the spousal abuse we hear of is by the man. I think we hear less of it being from the woman but I think that it happens alot. You are not the only one. My boyfriends soon to be ex verbally and mentally abused him the whole time they were married. She belittled him all the time about every thing that she could.
