If a spouse has never had sex in the marriage and will not when asked, Can this 3.6 year marriage be disloved. This marriage was on a off shore country and spouse misrepresented on app

Tato, there is no way to "legalize" foreign marriage in the US. There is no need as well, as long as you have your foreign marriage certificate, with certified translation and Apostille (for countries in Hague Convention), or just Certification issued by competent organs of the foreign country.

Sorry to hear about that... marriage anulment can take sometimes much longer than divorce... but since there seem to be immigration issues involved in your situation, I think it would be wise to ask a lawyer first... was your marriage ever legalized in the USA?... how did your spouse got her residency? What were the misrepresentations?... there is more to know before you can get a more accurate answer... Good luck.
