help in califoria

we got married in oklahoma and was only together for 3 months, things fell apart, i moved back to california.how do i go about getting a divorce or an anullment as cheap as possible? i've tried calling and letters to her with no reply, how do i get this taken care of?

Oct15 is correct... Divorce in California is relativelly easy. It is a no fault State so you don't need any reason besides that you don't want to be married. About how to get in contact with her... or how to serve her if you cannot get in contact with her, the Clerk at your County should be able to help you with the Specific requirements to file in absence.

california has a residency requirement (look in the "information center" on the right under california laws - if you meet it, then consider using the self-help resources - they appear to be good (and the cheapest way to go, i believe)  a link to that is in the information center too...
