Considering Divorce

Me and my husband have been together for 10yrs and married only 2. We have 2 children together. For the past year I haven't been feeling like I want to be marriage. When we got married everything changed. We have been to counseling that helped for a little while but things went back to the way they were. We are always arguing over dumb things because he wants to fight, I try to avoid it. The kids know when he's in a bad mood because he starts acting like a child, acting out, slamming doors, getting into his car speeding out and down the street without paying attention. I have told him numerous times I want a divorce because I refuse to live like this anymore. I have even went as far as not giving him any sex and sleeping in the guest bedroom. He has even told me varies times to go have sex with somebody else but I wont because I'm married. I know he will be there for the kids because of the way he's dad wasn't but I'm afraid he won't give me divorce even if I do file everything. Can anyone give me some suggestion?
