reently divorced

recently divorced and have not lived in home for 1 1\2 yr spouse paying morgtage and thinks that I don't deserve anything if refinance and sign a quit claim deed transfering title to him, what should I do?

Don't do it ! my wife thinks she get the house because she put 60000 in to ower new house but we live in the old house for 5 yr and. I redid it all and I did the new too. Don't give up!
