How To I keep Her Out Of My Life

I believe I found one of the best ways for me to be able to move on and face my divorce is by removing her from my life completely.  She has clearly not respected me for a long time, because she wouldn't have done half of the things she did to me throughout our marriage if she had the level of maturity or love for me that married couples share with each other.

Therefore, I have decided that I need to ignore her and remove all contact with her completely out of my life.  Everytime I contact her, hope comes back, emotions come flooding in, and right after that is when my heart crashes and burns because she finds a way to snub me out.  It really hurt when I found out after she threw me out that she was already dating someone else, within a matter of the same week, wtf?

I tried to cut her off when I found this out, but I found myself submitting to her when she gave me grief about it and made me feel guilty for my decision.  I tried to cut it off again last weekend, but again she found a way to make me feel guilty for doing it.  But today, I just have decided that in order for me to heal and remove my attachment to her begins with me not assosciating with her anymore.  I need to stand up to her and tell her I will not let her drag me around anymore so that she has someone to talk to when it is convenient or when her new boyfriend isn't around.  The only problem I have had too in the past is that I haven't been able to stick to it.  I find myself missing her and forgetting the reasons why I had decided to disconnect from her in the first place.  Anyone know of anyway I can do this successfully and keep myself from relapsing?  Thanks.
