PA question please help

Does anyone know if in the state of PA if you need to be legally separated for any amount of time before you can start divorce papers ??

I looked into this...going through same..The other posters are correct..No legal separation in PA...Good Luck...

What are the requirements for a no-fault divorce under 3301(d), abandonment of the marriage? Under abandonment of the marriage, the parties must be separated at least 2 years before an Affidavit Under 3301(d) can be filed and served on the other spouse.

Still, there is no legal separation in PA as I first posted.

There us no legal separation in the state of Pennsylvania.

Also, Rendell abolished common law marriage in PA a few years back. Good luck!
