Adultery

We have been seperated for 8 mths, we do not have a legal seperation agreement. If I "date" someone before the divorce is final is it Adultery?

If your are legally married, then yes it is considered adultery.  It is best to date when everything is legally final to avoid complications.

really depends on the state...so be very wary.  but even without the laws, do you really think it's a good idea to date before you're divorced....emotionally?  for you or this new person?
