Adultry evidence

Need your help on this one. I would like to know if there is an easy way to check text messaging. I do not physically have the phone, but have the phone numbers. My wife has already stated she was cheating on me but I do not know if she will admit in court. I was looking for some type of physical evidence.

I caught my wife texting and phone. She was too stupid to know i could check it out.  You can use it against her if your state is a No Fault state. Otherwise it is worthless.  It will hurt emotionally but just move on is my best advise.  I did.  Also, I realize that maybe we shouldnt think just one person can satisfy us.  Not sure.

Finding this evidence will only serve to hurt you emotionally. You do not need to have the evidence. Whether she admits it or not, chances are it won't affect the outcome of your divorce assets. At fault can help, but rarely and only very little. I'm not sure if you are worried that the divorce won't be final if she doesn't confess in court or if you are concerned about what you'll have to give up if she doesn't confess, but learning the hard details of the text messages will more than likely be worse on your self-esteem than anything. I recommend not doing this.

I'm very sorry.  Unless you are trying to get physical permanent custody of children, digging can only cost you money and the courts usually don't want to hear all that anyway.  Again, I'm sorry.

I agree with mtnvly.  I have Sprint and you can set up to have access to your phone bills and charges on line.  It's especially easy if you have a joint account.  I had a joint account with my ex and knew his phone number when we separated I accessed his phone calls and found out all the calls he had made to his girlfriend.  My only regret was that I hadn't done it sooner.

My wife has lied to me. Lied about the number and from who a text message was from. I found out who and was has been going on from a friend of hers. Also have something else that she misses for additional evidence. The ball is my court. Phone calls will show where she has been when she has been lieing to me. She will be shocked that I know now what she has been doing all this time. Wish me luck.
I also would like to see the text messages that were going on.

I installed software from Spectorsoft ($99). Best money I ever spent. Awesome software. It captures everything including screen capture every 2 sec and every thing typed.
I was able to get here username and password to everything. I used the reverse phone look up on the internet. It id about 60% of the number.

See if you can set up online access. I have verizon and can access all phone records. They are as up to date as yesterday!

I was told that if you go to the police that they can have the number traced and any transactions/texts can be pulled up.  But, it can take time.  And they want a reason (ie: threats) to pull the records.  If threats are involved, then a report would be filed with authorities.  But at least there is a way to get the texts ... or so I have been told.

I asked the phone company for a copy of my husbands bill and got nowhere.I would have loved to have had proof on why he needed to carry his phone with him 24/7.It made me so mad!
