CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. SHOW THE OFFICERS YOUR PETITION  OF CUSTODY AND YOUR COURT ORDER OF  VISITATION. A PICTURE OR YOUR DAUGHTER AND HER FATHER.

I will keep you and your daughter in my prayer...

OMG!!  When was the last time you saw her?  I would be taking my divorce decree and visitation papers to the police department or prosecutor and get them to help!  I'll keep her in my prayers, and you too because this must be a nightmare for you.  Please keep us posted.
