My ex was served a Motion to Compel for not responding to an interrogatory and reply to response in a timeley manner. She was given 30 days and extended it to 30 more days. My attorney called, faxed and sent her attorney a letter to respond basically given her an aditional 30 more days. We are asking the court to pay for attorney fees now and demanding a response. What I like to know is, how does this affect custody cases and how serions is this matter?
