If adultery is proven in court is that a guarantee for alimony?

My husband and I live in Houston Texas. I am a LVN and he works on oil rigs. We have been married for 11 years. He has had a lady stalker for the last 4 years. We have had to move several times because of her. She has sent me letters that admit he has had sex with him. She holds a constant blog on myspace updating me on everything he does. I have several letters from her that she has either left in my mail box or on my front door for the last 4 years. We also have a bankruptcy for another 3 years. There are no children by either of us. Basically I do make enough to take care of myself. I just really want to make him pay me. I really want out. Will I be able to use these letters against him to gain alimony? Is anyone else going threw these same situations? What are the possibilities is any that I could look forward to if we were divorced?

Unfortunately, Texas is a no fault state, so it would not matter if he cheated or not, but what would matter are 2 things, they are if he committed crimes that also qualifies as family violence for protective order purposes, and the second one is, if you where married a minimum of 10 years and you can not support yourself. In texas it is actually called "Maintenance." Here is a web address that might help and answer some questions you might have.http://www.divorceinfo.com/txalimony.htm

not sure how the laws work in TX, but you should really talk to a lawyer. You can try legal aid as well.
