She's talking about child support

she mentioned child support. she said she was told it was $182 with no income in North Carolina. regardless, i still send her $30-$50 every month being what i can do. i do not know any details. how does child support work?

most all county court buildings have a law library. if you look you may be abls to find what your looking for.

child support is all formulas now - your state has a formula (follow link in post below) yo put in what you make, expenses, who pays em, etc and out pops what each of you must pay each month. you usually have to pay the spouse with the kids - no guarantee they will spend the $$$ on the kids.

i don't know the laws in NC, but usually child support is based on income and number of children.
