Missing Mediaton and not responding to replies

What is the next step when you ex does not show up for court order mediation or does not answer to court ordered response in a timely manner? I know for the response my attorney will file for motion to compel, but what about mediation?

I agree with Jackson, keep doing what you are doing and the judge will finally get fed up with your ex disrespecting his courtroom and make a ruling.

im no attn, but in my experience, judges arent patient w/ people who blow stuff off.... i suspect they are in for a rough go of it..
