me and my husband havent been married long but i found out he has been cheating could i get him for anything spousal sopport or alomony

Does your state allow alimony? Mine does't, so I really don't know much about it. I'd start by talking to an attorney. HTH

No...not really. You are only entitled to it for half the time you were married. You can request it and see what happens but if you get something, it wont be for long.
