NEED ADVICE

My sister's husband walked out on her and their son (now 8 yr old). That was 2 years ago, he stole her business, customers and all the equipment with the business. She has paid on a home in Ga., a new home she has built in the past year in Tenn., all credit cards that he had also used while with her, all the insurance and until 1 year ago had also paid all expenses for their son.She has paid 3 different lawyers because he keeps delaying the divorce, having it started in one state then dismissed and she started it in Tenn. Now his lawyer of 1 year is refusing to go in front of the Judge because he can't get the truth or the information from the husband. If her lawyer takes it in front of the Judge then he will have no attorney and they will give him 30 days to obtain one. This guy is very good with all the delay tactics and is getting away with it. He keeps stalling in order to avoid paying allimony. Anyone have any answers to this situation?
