Marital homes goes to the ex

In my divorce, my ex wife is getting our home. There is still a loan on the home. Since it's going to her, am I no longer responsible for the loan on it? Or, how do I make sure I am no longer responsible for this note?

Cindy is right, you need to get your name off the loan, if you wife defaults it will be your credit that will be damaged.

you have to get your name off the loan. she needs to refi in just her name.
