Dating Sites and Adultry

I was thinking, my ex met his new wife on E Harmony in June 2006.  We separated in May 2007.  I never brought it up in court and our divorce in long over but I was wondering if that would have held any merit in court?  A married man lying about being single on a dating site.

don't know how to check for it but it is a good point, how do they screen these guys?  Worse thing was he married her and she was ok with the fact that he was married already.

Now I'm worried.  I am seeing someone I met on e-harmony.  What is the best way to check and see if he is actually divorced?  I tried to find public records for OK on-line but wasn't having much luck.  I'm willing to pay but I'm on a very strict budget.  Any advice?

it wouldn't prove out and out adultury, but,,, it would have been proof of his intent, and lack of character.  the judge would definately take it into consideration if there was alot of he said she said stuff for him to sort out.
