can i file for joint custody with out paying for a lawyer

I am trying to get joint custody of my 2yr old daughter, her mother allows her to say whatever an do whatever thats not appropriate for a 2yr old like using profanity, getting on a table to pretend she is a stripper. I want her in school an she isnt worried about her going to school so we will be going to court for child support we dont have a court date so what can i do?

Sounds like her mother is not the best influence on this child. I hope you do get custody if this is really the case. I can't imagine this child in a few years if this is what she is letting her do at age 2. Get a good lawyer. Your the dad and it is always harder for you to get custody unless she agrees to it. Unforuately the mother isn't always the best for the child, but the courts always seem to go that way. Good Luck I hope for your sake that sweet baby you can turn things around.
