STUPID

Ok, everyone I have received my answer from my stbx...of course he do not want to give me anything. but he initiated the divorce...my understanding in life is when you want to get rid of somebody tnat no matter what it takes to get rid of the that person I will do. Why fight me, just give me what I want and then you will be free of me. Give me all opinions.

M.
Spaz gives good advise, I would follow it.  See what you can get.  The two of you haven't been married for very long so that may put a hinderance on how much you can get.

Ok, spazskitz, since they are about to take 5% of his pay and the company that he works for might lay him off.  Do you suggest, I woman up and take nothing and move on?

Bonnie01, thank you, that positive energy gives me the energy to not quit until I get what I want out of the deal.

I think I am going to wait on him to make his move.

this isn't life - it is a divorce - it is a death - and in his "death" he's selfish and wants to take everything with him...that is NOT uncommon...

next step is mediation - where you two try to argue it out as to who gets what and come to an agreement so he can be rid of you.
