What is that supposed to mean?

Okay so I got my official "notice" from the courts about the court date which is now a little under 2 weeks away.... on the reason we're going it says "settlement agreement" when in reality it's cause I petitioned for the move away. So is this court date as you said before Spaz because they want the court costs? I mean the reason stated almost makes it look like a pointless reason we're going. The agreement was signed so yeah it is a settlement agreement I guess, but what's the point? Is there still that chance I'm going  to have to prove my case as to why I want to go?

It's not about getting the court costs - it's procedure - in any agreed upon agreement - many courts want to hear it from the horses mouth that it truly IS agreed to.

It's for your own protection really....
