Divorce Forms, Name Change Forms, court filings

Hi everyone, I'm going through divorce in the state of Virginia. I met with a lawyer today who gave me a ballpark fee of 4-6 thousand dollars for my case. I am a single mom and do not have the money but am in need of help in completing my divorce. I say completing because it already once entered court about 2 years ago. However, I don't believe that entry is still active. It is my belief that a new entry has to be made. I went to the court to find out if it is or not and the court system was of absolutely no help to me. They refused to even give me names of simple forms which I could fill out and enter into court and represent myself because they said it was considered as legal advice which is illegal of them to provide to me since they were not lawyers. I'm tired of turning each page to find that the next page is empty with no leads, no information, and no guidance. If anyone knows where they can direct me to find these forms and inform me of what the process is to enter it into the court, I WOULD BE SO VERY GRATEFUL!!! Thanks, Gulenai

I am not familiar with this, but there is an ad at the top of this page that advertises forms. Check it out.
