Confused!?!

This 4th of July weekend begins my daughter's overnight stay with her father. We have a standard visitation for TX. However, I have interpreted from the decree that since she's is not school age and the 4th is on a Sat, his possession begins on Fri @ 6p.m. He claims that since his office is closed for observation that Fri, his visit starts that Thur @ 6p.m.

Just let him spend time with her it wont hurt her,Just because you two are not together does not mean he cant spend time with her, It give's you time for yourself, You can move on with your life Once time passes you will see that all this stress was not worth it, Maybe he did that so he could still have some kind of control in your life, But Dont let him get to you, You Just Live your life now, Find someone to share your life with, Before you know it every time he does foolish things you will not even remember what you two once had, Because you will be with your Love and JOY, and both you and your new Love will share and make better memeories, So Dont worry just kick him to the Curb, Or are you gonna let him control your feelings and have control over you, Go out somewhere this weekend and just enjoy Life, YOU take charge of your self stop letting him control your Happiness, Or are you gonna sit and whine all weekend when you could be starting your new and painless life. Or are you gonna sit in all that hurt sorrow, Just get up and live , for you.

regardless if the child is of school age or not, standard visitation goes by the school district holiday schedule to establish consistency early on (unless agreed by the parents otherwise)

So, if the school is closed that Friday, he gets her Thursday night for the full holiday - if it isn't - he gets her Friday night.
