the OW

This really sux that I live in Colorado and it's a no fault state.  Does that really mean that my stbx can take the kids where he's living with the OW regardless if I want him to or not?!  It's only been a month since he left!

Montana is a no fault state also.  My ex went from my house right to her, as soon as she moved out of her husband's house.  I had found out later that they had been taking my kids as well as hers out on dates with them way before I had found out they were cheating.   I agree, get a morality clause if available.

Same in my state. My ex moved in with a woman that he only knew for two months and her two kids and now my kids visit him with his new family. He spent fathers day on a cruise with "the replacement family" as I have begun to think of it.  Get a morality clause if you can. I never knew it was an option or thought that I'd need it.  Otherwise, remember, you can't control what he does, only how you react to it.

Same in Wisconsin, no fault. Talk to your attorney about a "morality cause", mine states that visitation must take place in HIS home, HE needs to be present when the kids are with him, no overnight "guests" when he has the kids. Granted it is only words but they are legal and if he agrees to them then he can get in trouble with the court and loose his visitation.
