IRS and divorce

I have been in Iraq for the past two years and my ex took several thousand dollars out of my account and transferred it to one of her family members. She then filed for divorce and she is asking for alimoney, child support, etc. My question is 1) can I bring that up in court during the support settlement and 2) how can I go about bringing this to the attention of the IRS or whomever would be appropriate?  If I turn her in would the IRS actually go after her or would it need to be a certain amount?

3) is financial infidelity seen in the same way?

kth, I need to know which account the money was taken from.  Was it a 401K, a Roth, a traditional IRA, a CD, savings, checking, etc?  Was it a joint account or only in your name?

I'm not an attorney, but I am a tax specialist who works seasonally for a CPA.
