Settlement Conference ...

I received a letter from my atty.'s office today notifying me that we have a Settlement Conference scheduled for this coming Thursday in the afternoon. Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for such a conference? Has anyone been through one of these before? What can I expect? Thank you very much for any help you can offer!

I would imagine that it would be the two of you with your atty's going through the list of things that you both want, and discussing who is going to get what.  You could call and ask your atty's secretary and find out it is.  Good luck.
