Check with a lawyer. In some places it is a reason and in some it isn't. I live in MS and just found my husband signed up for online dating sites etc like you're talking about. I spoke with an attorney and he said I can't use that for a divorce. Right now my only option is to get my husband to agree to file a no-fault divorce or wait until I have grounds for a divorce. Its doesn't make sense to me since I feel this is just as bad but not according to the law apparently. Or maybe the attorney I spoke with just doesn't want to do it this way and another one would. Talk to an attorney and definitely print the evidence so you have it later if you need it.

No it isn't - you have to have proof of an actual PHYSICAL affair. Online flirtations, exchange of pictures or e-mails - isn't enough.

I would check with your lawyer.  I know in the UK it's admissable, but I haven't heard anything about it here in the states...
