Caught Cheating Father

My parents have been married for 23 years. My Father was being unfaithful in the marriage not once but twice. The first time he was taken back and of course they worked on their marriage. This second time he cheated it was with my mothers good friend of 15-20 years. Yes, her good friend. Anyhow...My mother just got an operation in Sept 11,2007 and all this drama arose in Oct 12,2007 not even a month later. My mother was fuming not only because my father cheated but with a friend of the family. The police were called to the house just in case mom got crunk. The fire department was present she had an panic attack. My father confessed before the police that he got caught cheating and that he was leaving the house. The officer let my father take some of his belongings and then I saw my father take and take and take. I was like wait, officer thats enough. If my father wants any more of his belongings he needs to call the Sheriff. Its been hell but still gets worse. My folks have many properties and two houses. One my mother resides in one and my father says he stays in the other house. Not true at all. We hired an PI and got lots of info. The 2nd house was turned into a business, where my mother makes a living as a herbalist and a massage therapist. We had 2nd court date. First one my dad didn't show. The 2nd one he went in and said so many lies. After court he went and changed the locks to my moms business. She has all her merchandise in there and her belongings. We think hes even gone to their home. My mother fears her life and is going crazy....Please help with any advise..
