Advice on how to stay calm

CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all Use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on The Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed, 'The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started And have never finished.' So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't Finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a Bottle Of Crown, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a package of Oreos, The Remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, Some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how freaking Good I feel right now. Pass this on to those whom you think might be in need of inner peace.

LOL!  I love this!  That Dr. Phil...he's a rocket scientist, isn't he?  I still hear his words of wisdom ringing in my head..."If she did it with you, she'll do it to you!"....

Let's see, I can finish .....setting...OOOPS!...dropping his things in a pile in the basement.  Setting those heavy scratchy bottomed boxes on his mid-life-crisis car in the garage.... making sure he gets his HEIRLOOMS (read crappy furniture pieces from my MIL that need me to refinish to be nice) in the divorce.  I can make sure I finish working out, and looking the best I can possibly look before I leave the house.  Heck, even if I'm staying HOME!  And last but not least, I can make sure that I finish paying off his life insurance policy as long as he is paying me alimony.  Hey, ya just never know....... :-P
