He is threatening to take her kids..

I'm seeing a woman who married.  She has asked her husband for a divorce.  She has started the paperwork.

She's a stay at home mom going to school for nursing. I've offered to let her and her two children move in with me.

He has threatened to take her kids if she continues to see me.  Can he do that?

What a nice guy you are.  Here's a thought for you:  If she cheated on her husband with you, what's to stop her from cheating on you too?

Food for thought..

I can tell you it will not look good. Keep your distance till she settles her situation.

yep - he can get custody of the kids due to her immorality - esp if she moves them in with you when she is still married.

You are a HUGE liability to her and her kids right now.

I believe it's very much a possibility.
