If youre not dependent on him for your lifestyle, I would be gone when he got back. At the very least I would have his things in boxes and the locks on the door changed. He cant have his cake and a pie on the side ! You have to make that abundently clear.

I am going through something very similar. My wife ,out of no where got all nasty with me and said that she wanted a divorce and then she left and got her own place. But before she left I put a keystroke indicator on her computer and found out that she was sending seductive emails to another man. I confronted her and she left the house. She consolidated all her dept and tried to pay the loan,her new rent and half the mortgage on the house. That failed and so did the relationship with the other guy now she is living with her Boss trying to get back on her feet. I would call a lawyer right now and give him the information. I loved my wife and did not want a divorce either until I realized that she was not going to communicate what was really going on and be honest about trying to reconcile. Trust me there are better people out there for you. I would have his ass up the creek when he got home.
