I was divorced in this country but my country where I married did not recognize this divorce

I am in the middle of battle with my ex. I was divorced 2 years ago in this country, and I was shocked to discover in my country that I am still legally married to this woman, apparently this court had not legal jurisdiction to disolve a marriage from another country so that make this dissolution a complete fiasco. My questions is: Which is my legal situation right now?, My ex is married to another guy, is she a bigamist now?. Was my divorse o bogus one? Are all the legal papers that I signed useless? Can I annul my divorce and all the bad papers that I signed because I was dupped that I was getting a divorce when I was not?. Please help, this is heavy. Can sue the lawyer for this lie?.

That was my ex wife lawyer. What I would like to know is where I stand from the legal point of view, the marriague in my country stand solid, I was there and tried to traspass some properties that were given to me and I could not do anything because she had to sign.
