Arkansas child support with joint custody

Is there such a thing as joint custody with child support paid to spouse (wife) who actually cares for them majority of  time.

yes - joint custody doesn't mean 50/50 - joint legal with a primary care parent gives one parent residential custody with support, but also gives the non custodial parent say in how the child is raised.
