Risk of Having to Move?

Let's see...I serve her with a T. Conduct RO and she serves me with divorce papers, and I am at risk for having to move.  How is this justice?

 

Why should my children have to have me leave, when (a) her behaviors are inappropriate and (b) she wants the divorce?  Shouldn't she leave?

I would think that she should be the one to leave if she doesn't want to be with you...I would also post this in the legal section to see if you can get spaz to help you or to give you some ideas on what you can do.
