divorce information

i have been living with my boyfriend for four years and his wife and him have been leaving apart for over five years, i need to know does he still need her to sign the papers and does it cost as much as regular divorce. thank you.

Yes, she needs to sign the papers to make it official. He needs to inquire at his local courthouse for information or check out the box to the right of this "state resources" there are options for filing a divorce if both parties agree that is not as costly. good luck and keep us posted.
