Married Asset

What are my rights after only being married one year. We bought a home in both are names in Houston, Texas. After being there for only nine months, we sold and back to Chicago. My hushand put that money into his own personal account. Hiding money for me. What I'm I intitled too are far a assets from that sale

You should be able to recover your share of the sale of the house. I am not sure of the details but contact an attorney to find out your rights.
