Husband filed a Pauper Divorce Petition 103 (1

Is there a form for answering a Divorce Petition wih the Clerk of Court's office in Baton Rouge, Lousiana? My soon-to-be ex, according to the Divorce Petition, filed some of the petitions(??) on the divorce papers, mistating some of the statements.
