advice fast

want to leave my husband - He has been emotionally abusive in the pastl but I just can't get past it - I need time and need to leave - Will I loose all rights to everything if I do this

Thanks things are really sad - My son who is messed up is screaming my husband is about to blow - My son is crazy my husband is crazy - I can't take anymore - When I leave my son will be homeless and that is hard to take too - Alot of my sons problems are because of emotional abuse from my husband - Your comments are encouraging - I can't take this anymore from any of them

No, you wont lose all your rights. Leave now and file for divorce. You dont have to stay anywhere that you dont want to. Especially if its an abusive situation. Be sure to state that in your divorce paperwork. It will help your case.

you need to call the abuse hotline. see the white box over there, click that, there is lots of information there about abuse and next steps. the phone number is 1-800-799-SAFE (7233). without knowing more information, basically, divorce is hard financially...but if there are things in your name, house, car, etc...you are entitled to them (either all of it or half of it, or the cash value of it). all depends on your state laws (and that white box has state resources too). please call the abuse hotline. and i've read it here before, be wary with going to certain websites if he can see your computer history. so, use the phone to call that number. and stay safe.
