AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Good grief what a holiday I had...

Had 27 people over for Thanksgiving (this includes the 9 that were staying at my home due to the fires)...a 30 lb turkey, a ham & prime rib plus all the trimmings...and there are NO leftovers

I don't want to cook again for a month - at the least.

Got everyone situated with their insurance companies for temp housing or back in their own homes this weekend...

soooo, give me some time people, I'll catch up on all your questions!

Spaz, I've read many of your comments and have appreciated them, but didn't know that you were that generous. The world would be a better place with a couple more like you. I'm glad you got Sunday, too bad you didn't get more.

definately was and I did take sunday allllll to myself - hubby was home from work and I slept in until 11...it was bliss.

thanks guys...

I'm damn lucky it was a decent day by my house (there was threat of rain) because we were able to use the bbq and some ate outside, otherwise I don't know how we would have worked it - I have a "great room"....but it isn't THAT great....lol

pool table became a buffet though with the help of plywood and a tablecloth...lol

I'm just glad to have the peace and quiet restored to my home...well, as quiet as 5 kids and all our own animals can be...

took me a day but I think I'm caught up on the legal answers board LOL

It's always the person with all of the children and madness that are the most comfortable with bringing in more and more madness.

You probably never realized all of the work while you were in full gear...

It's usually after when you look back and say...............holy shit....no wonder why I'm so tired...
