Divorce Law

Can I legally make my husband get a visectomy? We have for kids and he has one with his previous girlfriend and he has had nothing to do with her since they had her.  He is now with a new girl and that he ended up breaking up her marriage as well as ours.

think about this for a second - would you like your husband to be able to force you to get a hysterectomy?

 

no you legally can't force any medical procedure. You can however, painfully extract money from his wallet every month.

I had to ask.  He cheated and can't even take care of the ones he has let alone anymore he makes. I feel sorry for our kids.
